Delivery Policy

• Delivery charge will be waived if the total purchase amount is over HK$2,000; otherwise, the delivery charge of residential area is approx. HK$40 per delivery that will be subjected to the condition of building and area.
• Delivery Services only covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories, not cover Discovery Bay and Outlying Island.
• Delivery request will be handled within 3 days after the Home request is submitted. (not included public holiday)
• The standard delivery takes the period of 3-5 business days.
• Metabio reserves the right to reject any delivery request.
